In a work session of the Prevention, Mitigation and Response Committee under the coordination of the local Cabildo, the preventive measures were announced during the afternoon of this Monday.
The spas closed during the Holy Week are:
Playa de Cabo Engaño
Hoyo Azul
Hoyos Ceiba del Salao
Playa Frente a la Armada en Bàvaro.
The aid stations that will be activated to care for visitors will be located at the Punta Cana roundabout, Cruce de Cocoloco and Machiplan.
The PMR announced the participation of some 660 activists, including volunteers and personnel from the various official and relief agencies.
